SHIPMENT

THE SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCTS, ONCE RECEIVED THE PAYMENT, WILL BE ASSESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN A TIME WHICH GOES FROM 1 TO 3 WORKING DAYS. THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED BY BRT COURIER AND IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO TRACE THE PACKAGE THROUGH A TRACKING NUMBER THAT WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO YOU.

IN THE EVENT OF UNAVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT INDICATED AS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF SENDING THE ORDER BY THE BUYER, THE SELLER UNDERTAKES TO PROMPTLY NOTIFY THIS TO THE CUSTOMER BY E-MAIL, FREEZING THE PAYMENT MADE.

THE SELLER, REPORTING THE PROBLEM, WILL PROPOSE AN ALTERNATIVE THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY ACCEPT OR REFUSE BY EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF RETURN.

THE GOODS DELIVERED TO THE COURIER WILL BE DELIVERED IN: EUROPE AND UNITED KINGDOM: TRANSIT OF 2-3 WORKING DAYS REST OF THE WORLD: TRANSIT OF 5-7 WORKING DAYS

SHIPPING COST:

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR DELIVERIES IN ITALY, EXCLUDING THE ISLANDS.

FOR THE ISLANDS, EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO VIEW THE SHIPPING COST WHEN ENTERING THE DATA IN THE CART PAGE.

DETAILS

THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED BY THE COURIER ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE PERSONS INDICATED BY THEM AT THE TIME OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE COURIER DOES NOT FIND THE RECIPIENT, AFTER A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT, THE PACKAGE WILL GO TO THE DEPOSIT AT THE NEAREST BRT OFFICE AND THE COSTS OF STORAGE WILL BE BORNE BY THE RECIPIENT.

NO SHIPMENTS TO PO BOXES OR HOLDING DEPOSIT.

WHO WITHDRAWS THE GOODS IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCTS CORRESPOND TO WHAT IS INDICATED IN THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT AND THAT THE PACKAGING IS INTACT, NOT DAMAGED OR WET. ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IMMEDIATELY DISPUTED BY THE CUSTOMER THROUGH A “CONTINUED RESERVE” WRITTEN ON THE COURIER’S DELIVERY SHEET. ONCE THE DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED, THE CUSTOMER CAN NO LONGER RAISE ANY DISPUTE TO THE SELLER, FOR ANY DAMAGES OCCURRING DURING THE SHIPPING PHASE.

RIGHT OF RETURN

IF YOU WISH TO MAKE THE RIGHT TO RETURN, YOU CAN DO IT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS BY SENDING AN E-MAIL TO INFO@AMINE-S1.COM SPECIFYING THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE PRODUCTS YOU INTEND TO RETURN.

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED INTACT, NOT USED OR DAMAGED, WITH ALL PACKAGING AND TAGS RECEIVED.

THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING THE GOODS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER, WHO IS FREE TO USE THE COURIER HE PREFERS.

ONCE RECEIVED THE GOODS AND VERIFIED THE INTEGRITY OF THE SAME, WE WILL PROCEED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOMER.
